Mid/Senior Creative Developer

We're looking for a talented web developer. The ideal candidate is a rock star front-end dev or a full-stack developer. They must be fluent in JavaScript, React & Responsive HTML/CSS. Flexibility and the ability to work cross teams on a myriad of different projects with specific technical challenges.

Basic responsibilities

• Develop creative assets using JavaScript, jQuery, React, Responsive HTML/CSS
• Plan, implement, monitor and iterate on A/B tests
• Work within the product and marketing system across multiple features

Required skills

• 3+ years experience in frontend software development
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
• Ability to learn and implement new frameworks, we operate on a “best tool for the job” policy
• Advanced understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX, JSON, XML
• A history of work that demonstrates a knowledge of:
  • JavaScript, jQuery, and a JavaScript library such as React or Angular
    • React is the preferred
  • Solid fundamentals in computer science and OO or functional software development
  • General knowledge of high level concepts and web performance
• Experience working as part of a team and working independently
• Mobile and responsive coding: Media Queries, etc.
• Responsive communication, willingness to learn and take constructive criticism
• Advanced knowledge of Git and other version control systems
• Strong front-end experience with some back-end experience
